agora, agora

it was a great pleasure to participate of agora collects – a three days event that compiles maker, artists, scientists, designers, philosophers, activists, social entrepreneurs and explores experiential ways to visit agora’s multiple spaces.

and it was, as always, fun to have my dear friend yuki helping with the preparation. thanks a lot!

on friday we prepared the recipes of my book “kochen mit brot” (cooking with bread) with märkisches landbrot bakery – which includes recipes against waste of food, in a finger food size. thank you dear joachim for your support!


saturday’s food was about using part of the vegetables and fruits that we use to throw away, aiming to call attention to the way we process food.

ice cold cucumber-wasabi soup with pineapple skin juice


“skins” tempura with orange skin lavender jam, futomaki made with everything that we use to throw away: stem of the mushrooms, parsley and some more skins


choco- rhubarb mousse tartlets with strawberry
