our party started with bread-terrine recipe following by the lectures of very special friends and joachim. julia had the crazy idea to read upon the oven. it was really something very special for me to listen to my words, my thoughts, in german and with different voices. after the lectures we served mushrooms filled with cheese, herbs and bread, korokke with tonkatsu sauce and a bread-chocolate-apple cake.
