kochen und quatschen

yesterday was our second meeting. we had two special guests: milan hollingshaus, formed nutritionist and a good cook, and michaela hoffmann, midwife specialized in chinese medicine. it was a very sunny beautiful day and we decided to make it at karin’s garden. we cooked japanese food with whole grains and without sugar. we will post the recipes and tips to how to prepare and places to buy later.
