some friends asked me about the recipe of the “asparagus japanese salad” i prepared at the last “share your food” event.

500g white asparagus

500g green asparagus

peel and cut into small pieces (about 5 cm). cook them not so long with a bit oil. add salt and pepper.

dressing

shoyu

su

mirin

peanut oil

sesam oil

honey

garlic

mix all ingredients. put roasted sesam and nori on top.
