i have been working on recipes with leftover bread for a year or more. to be exactly, since i meet joachim from landbrot bakery and his breads, my bread kitchen experiences became more and more present in my life. i feel so happy to have his support. next week i will have a chance to cook for 30 people. i am developing some recipes for this event.
