this lunch for 16 people i prepared thinking about how beautiful is life, how nice is just to enjoy it, look up to the sky, see the colors of the nature, talk to a friend… how i wish people could enjoy it, even if life sometimes is not so easy.
so this came up with a very reduced menu, made with very simple recipes and ingredients
