shou is a very talent artist. as more i see her, more i like her. so strong, so fragile, so moving. it was a great honor to make this catering on her vernissage at vetomat. as she is japanese and i am brasilian, we served: a fresh melon soup with little balls and shisso leaf first, second little dish, red pepper roll with shimeji mushroom, spinach with sesam sauce, the main dish: feijoada, and matcha cake as dessert. vegan and vegetarian options.
